Pechtel Immobilien is run by Michelle and André Pechtel, sister and brother. Ever since they were children, buildings and real estate have been in their blood: The two made their acquaintance with this field in their parents’ workshop for sanitation, air-conditioning and heating at a very young age. As the family had also been active in the property business for years, working in real estate was the most logical step for them.

As a master craftsman, André Pechtel has a trained eye for what makes a solid building structure. He has been continuously developing these skills in a natural fashion – for example, as a real estate valuation expert certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Michelle Pechtel, an estate agent certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is an expert on the housing market and knows what’s important when it comes to marketing, brokerage and properly sales.
